Records and perfects the SRP FCU lien position on all collateralized consumer loans. The major functions involve maintaining current
knowledge of titling policies and procedures in Georgia and South Carolina and coordinating documents
from branches, dealers, and members to the state DMV. Responsibilities require daily verbal and written
communication skills to track title history. In addition, daily scanning and filing of loan records and
processing of loan payoffs.

• Established strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth processing of collateral-related transactions.
  
  • Perfected SRPFCU lien on all collateralized consumer loans. This process requires the creation of
  documents and communication with SRP FCU members, branch staff, sellers, dealers, financial.
  
  • Responsible for conducting research and resolution of missing collateral documents. This includes
  significant telephone contact and some written contact with the parties involved. Also documents
  records of research efforts and updates periodic reviews of outstanding cases with management.
  • Tracks and resolves more complex title problems. This process frequently involves extended negotiations with multiple parties.
  • Functions as a resource for collateral guidance on consumer loans for branches and members.
  • Processes loan payoffs and the release of collateral through documentation received directly from
  SRP FCU members, branch staff, dealers, and insurance companies. The release of collateral
  includes reviewing all loan records for various holds and special instructions before the lien release.
  It also includes a review of the funds used to pay off the loan and determines the title release date.
  • Communicates with insurance companies to obtain proper documentation for payoffs on total loss
  cases, GAP claims, and mechanical breakdown insurance refunds. Upon completion of documents,
  issue a title guarantee to the insurance company.

• Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential customers
• Verifying requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, The Patriot Act, and OFAC
• Worked daily closed loan Report, responsible for releasing liens on all collateral records, and tracking all files that leave the file vault
• Assisting in the processing of new titles, save all electronic title copies, and conducting research and resolution of missing collateral documents
• Contacted via telephone all parties involved with transactions, and processing loan payoffs received
