Isabela Landers

Through my experiences working in a wide range of environments, I have become an excellent problem solver, often having to diagnose and resolve problems ranging from animal illnesses to technical issues with machinery. I am proactive and adapt to new working environments quickly, going out of my way to learn as much as possible, even outside of work hours. Additionally, I am very detail-oriented and enjoy finding new ways to optimize processes to improve efficiency. I love helping people and working with them to resolve their problems or answer questions with compassion. Because of this, I form many positive relationships with repeat customers, often being their go-to person when they visit.

• Diagnosed the main problems with the aquarium systems at Pet Supplies Plus and was able to reduce fish deaths to the point we did not have to order new ones every week.
• Won a "build the basket" contest at Pet Supplies Plus by having the highest percentage of successfully upselling dog products through excellent customer service even though I primarily work away from the dog isles or registers
