I help customers find the right car parts, solve their vehicle issues to the best of my ability, manage inventory, and keep the store organized. As well as sharing my knowledge to make sure they leave satisfied.
I’m responsible for getting the customer the correct part, changing batteries, taillights, headlights, turn signal lights, and wiper blades. I also diagnose cars and test batteries, starters, and alternators. I always try to go above and beyond if I know how to fix it, I’ll get it done to make sure the customer leaves satisfied and their vehicle is good to go.
