• Maintaining close communication with the pilots to be able to supply their needs, transferring information required by the customer to the line service team, Answering phone calls, Attending emails, providing quotes, Making and charging invoices, restocking office supplies, maintaining a clean environment

• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met, Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required, Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service, Providing training to the housekeeping staff, Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed

• Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommending the right solutions, solving customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
