- Use an iPad to check in guests, verify membership status, and process any required documentation.
- Provide information about pool facilities, hours of operation, and club policies.
- Assist with resolving any entry issues or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of daily guest check-ins.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high standard of service and facility upkeep.
