  • Participated in student led activities during meeting times ("thick it" activity for dysphagia awareness), attended meetings held by health professionals (audiologists and speech language pathologists) and graduate school students enrolled in either an audiology or speech program.
  • The Boltwood Project: A service-learning course with a goal to provide disability allyship and advocacy. Through this class, I visited a site weekly and worked closely with young adults with developmental disabilities. Monthly seminars were held and provided insight on how to be an advocate and spread awareness towards creating an accessible world.
