After two semesters of working, I was promoted to supervise a team of 12 peer mentors and to support up to 17 students with various learning, behavioral, and developmental disabilities to complete school assignments, deal with social and personal conflicts, and prepare for aspects of adult life. I manage scheduling, planning events, holding meetings, evaluating performance, and resolving both staff and student issues.
