I dance professionally for a group located in Oakland California. I am part of the Ballet Folklorico Mexicano de Carlos Moreno. Dancing their has allowed me to build strong relationships with my fellow dances as well as instructors while getting the chance to learn a bit more about and appreciate my Mexican roots. A great way of managing my physical and mental health as well.
