This past year at Cleveland Clinic Main—and supporting multiple territories across the region—has challenged me in the best way. It has pushed me to grow, sharpened my OR skills, and taught me how to think more strategically. I’m a hard worker and a true team player—always ready to go above and beyond. I’ve also been building strong relationships in my hometown of Youngstown, and I’m excited about the chance to own the Youngstown/Akron territory and bring top-tier solutions to a community I care deeply about.

  • Provided comprehensive in-room support and coverage across multiple specialties, including Spine, GYN, Colorectal, ENT, Plastics, and General Surgery.
  • Independently managed the Youngstown territory during teammate onboarding, secured key meetings with Supply Chain leaders Angela and Everett, and fostered early engagement in a market not yet committed to Medtronic stapling.
  • Initiated and led a successful Sonicision trial across all ProMedica sites, converting five surgeons within three weeks, and positioning Medtronic as the preferred energy vendor.
  • Collaborated with Supply Chain at Firestone Surgery Center (Salem, OH), ahead of its opening, gathering product interest and pricing needs to support future integration.
  • Expanded adoption of Lucky Strike smoke evacuation technology by converting most spine and neuro clinicians at Cleveland Clinic, and engaging with ENT and plastics teams.
