Collaborative elementary educator with experience with instruction, assessment, and classroom culture across multiple grade levels in an independent school setting. Known for thoughtful planning, strong classroom presence, and a commitment to joyful, inclusive learning environments.
Joined New Canaan Country School as a Lower School Apprentice Teacher and continue to grow into an
increasingly independent instructional role through co-teaching in first- and third-grade classrooms. Across both
grade levels, I share responsibility for instructional planning, lesson delivery, assessment, and classroom culture while developing a strong understanding of NCCS pedagogy, curriculum, and values. In my current third-grade role, I assume expanded instructional leadership, contributing meaningfully to
curriculum planning, instructional decision-making, and student support while collaborating closely with
grade-level colleagues and families.
