I have taken many speech classes throughout high school and I communicate with customers on a daily basis at my job. I have learned how to communicate with people effectively in different settings. I have learned that it is important to know what kind of speech is needed to give and how to deliver the speech as well. I do not get very nervous while talking in front of people and tend to stay calm while talking., I have learned how to have teamwork with others and collaborate well especially in work settings. I have learned that everyone works differently in a team and they have their own ideas for a situation, so I try to take everyone's ideas into consideration while working in a group.
