I've been an stay at home mother for mutiple years taking care of my sons and daughter. I've done anything they have needed since they were born so i work extremely well with any age group regardless of how crazy they are. I can take care of some of the wild ones or even some of the calm ones as well. Within in this time one of the kids is diagnosed with autism so I am used to a little not neccesairly struggle but a harder to connect with child. This being said I do feel its one of my strongsuits due to me raising him and understanding the difference from him compared to my other kids.

I was an home childcare provider you could say for around 2 years and dealt with multiple age groups ranging from babies to preschool age. During this time I built strong relationships with parents through effective communication about their child's progress and needs. Maintained clean and organized living and play areas to promote child health and safety and followed stable routine for children to meet emotional and developmental needs. These are only a few of the things I did but to me the main thing is I was able to get these kids out of their comfort zone and really grow a lot faster then they probably would elsewhere just due to my expireance alone and that's something I would say makes me stick out compared to my peers.
