Summary
Throughout all of my experiences the one main thing no matter what I did that was the most important is how well you work with others. Communication being a great listener is so vital to being successful by any metric. Another part to this is it is equally important to not judge someone no matter what no matter the age, ethnicity or any other circumstance being open to all possibilities is an incredible tool. Most of my knowledge of C++ and understanding code has come from listening well in group conversations and being present in the moment to take in information like a sponge. My experience between football at multiple leves to working with adults in leadership in training all the way to working in the nursery with toddlers listening to everyone is so crucial and it can teach so much about someone and the world.
