Im the guy who is going to show up on time ready to work with a good attitude everyday. I work well with others due to my military experience and wherever i am i will try to be the best at what im doing.
This job is definitely a place i fit in, you have to be on point and ready to react at a moments notice your situational awareness is key in this job. I am very assertive and like to think i can talk anyone down before something happens. Safety is my number one priority in everything that i do.
I joined the Army fresh out of highschool to look for opportunities , the best decision i could've made at the time. Since i've been in i have been in many leadership roles. I got a chance to understand safety and how to operate firearms and also survive and adapt to any situation that is thrown at me. The army gave me a chance to learn allot about myself and also develop discipline in my day to day life. It showed me how to work and not just work for a paycheck.
I got this job at Five guys and absolutely loved it , i already had some fast food experience so there system wasn't hard to pick up. I started in the front working 5 nights a week closing and worked all around the kitchen. My favorite position was the grill because you had to be able to multi-task and anticipate a rush. You had to be willing to adapt to any situation the customers threw at you. I ended up leaving once i signed up for the army.
Just a few days after my 16th Birthday i walked to Arbys and got my first interview and started working that same month. I've always had drive and ambition and just to will to do better. This job showed me how to work as a team and communicate with people. I always showed up to work on time with the right uniform ready to work. I started as a cashier and worked my way to the back where i started to prepare sandwiches. My favorite position was the drive- thru because it was so fast paced and you had to be able to multitask and keep your area clean.
