As a Front of house employee at CFA, I specialized in taking orders at both the front counter as well as drive through, taking care of drinks and deserts for orders as well as handling the customers food, being a dining room host, and interacting with the customers on a regular basis to enhance their experience to the best of my ability. My healthy relationship with my coworkers allowed for an easier work environment and allowed us to aid each other if necessary for maximum efficiency. Chic fil a is all about making sure the customers feel welcomed and at home, and I feel as if I’ve achieved that in my efforts of talking in a nice friendly tone, maintaining a warm smile, and of course, saying “my pleasure.”
