Identify use cases for automation of customer account and environment creation.

Write detailed techno-functional requirements, including expected inputs and outputs for use cases so that the engineering team can efficiently implement the functionality

Provide product guidance to the engineering team as the features are being implemented

Act as a quality assurance tester to confirm that the implemented automations deliver the expected functionality for each use case

Write the migration and upgrade strategy for customers upgrading to higher calypso versions and impact analysis for the same.

Identify customer profiles and expected modules and interfaces of the capcloud solution required for each customer profile

Provide quality assurance and validation for each customer profile maintenance and customization automation functionality

Interact in real time with engineering as they develop the automation functionality and provide immediate feedback and guidance as technical issue arise

• Leading a globally distributed team of over 11 staff through analysis, technical implementation of the calypso application on cloud platform.
• In-depth, hands-on involvement facilitating the integration of our Calypso solution (interfaces, modules, tools, capacity of the components and non-functional/performance requirements).
• Analysing Customer requirements and mapping them distinctly with detailed attention to develop techno functional specification.
• Bridged the gap in information deficit or missing links among any stakeholders – from developer, QA, Support, Infra, management or customer perspective.
• Collaborate with the platform/operations team and evolution team on identifying the issues by analysing the technical setup, debugging logs, replicating bugs, and providing technical guidance that assists in issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Dev ops and R & D to facilitate and drive the areas of automation for activities that are manual, error-prone, and time-consuming.
• Provide the technical strategies and the technical ownership of complex upgrades performed on the Calypso Cloud platform.
• Responsible to groom and mentor individuals on understanding the integration aspects of the product on Cloud.

• Delivered a fully integrated RTS platform, key responsibilities included understanding and mapping the requirements to integrate the upstream and downstream interfaces.
• Gained significant exposure to TALEND middleware technology.
• Good understanding of the SDLC, AGILE (Scrum meetings) with proficiency in mapping business requirements, technical documentation, application design, development, integration, unit testing and debugging code.
• Recommends resolutions to complex matters of significance and coordinate the implementation across various teams development, QA, infra, implementation.
• Lead Client Contact managing the 360 Technical, Operational and Business functions for various clients across the globe.
