Authorized retailer for AT&T, in charge of meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales goals (personal and location), as well as maintaining sales & technical relationships with customers. Helped with job related tasks throughout the week to ensure a smooth operation on sales floor. Maintained an organized inventory of products, ensuring accuracy in stock levels when doing inventory counts and shipments. Managed daily operations within the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash register operation and customer service standards.

Checked for safety hazards and took corrective action when necessary while patrolling my sections. Helped with medical emergencies, shoplifting, vandalism, loitering and any issues that needed a facilitator to be present. Confirmed visitor identification prior to granting entry into the building, as well as doing safety checks for all entries and exits. Maintained accurate logs of all security related activities while on duty in a timely and professional fashion.

Started as a price tag changer, switching old and outdated tags for new ones, checking for damaged property and making sure promotion/sale signs were visible. Moved out to fuel station where duties include ringing customers up for gas, maintaining a clean and organized work space, assisting in fuel report checks, responding to leaks and spills, operating lottery machine, till maintenance, and overall customers needs among many other responsibilities.

Fulfilled crew-related duties, such as cleaning, prepping and handling meals and helping guests with various tasks, to maintain nonstop operations.

Started as a TEMP employee through North West Industrial Staffing stacking pallets by hand and doing other duties around the warehouse when needed. Kept track of pallet size, number and pattern. Was then moved and trained on the depalletizer machines, where responsibilities include getting canned salmon through the line in an efficient and timely manner, keeping track of pallet size and pallet number, taking care of dented or damaged product, maintaining paperwork and relaying information through out the line. Duties also included cleaning and area maintenance when needed.

Duties were putting packages in the trucks for delivery as quick as possible and keeping track of packages that were abnormal. Had to use a numerical system for finding out where to put the package after scanning it into the system. Was responsible for 3 to 4 trucks each day.

Started as part time freight crew. Duties included receiving shipments, throwing freight, keeping count of amount worked, clean up, making and moving cardboard bales, operating a hand jack, merchandising stock, and inventory. Promoted to full time Merch Manager in Sep/Oct 2016. Duties included all of the above, as well as; key holder, running freight crew, maintaining paperwork, opening store, counting till and safe, end cap merchandising, damage & shrink control, maintenance of overall look of store.

Responsible for clearing, washing, and getting dirty dishes back out in a timely manner. My duties also included taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping and cleaning the back area, lobby and bathrooms. When needed, I did lot checks, greeted customers and helped bus tables to maintain a steady flow of business.

Duties included cashiering and drive thru, cleaning, food prep, cooking, closing and opening, kitchen cleaning, lot checks and general customer service. Also included helping with shipments and inventory counts, keeping drinks and condiments stocked as well as changing signage on building windows.

Duties included general housekeeping, deep cleaning, as well as some heavy lifting, all in a timely manner. On occasion, small junk loads were hauled as well. Mostly a summer job.
