As a safety security specialist in that field working with the youth there are things that needs to be taken seriously 1 Got to make sure that when there are secure there are 8 minutes checks are call to do 2 When the youth are out in the dayroom or as we call it the mod had to make sure that they were sitting down not house playing and getting into fights 3 As the staff member at a time of the 5 o clock area got to make sure they are getting counted for and that showers will be ran as they are secured it’s 2 at a time will be able to shower at a time 4 There will be times that you have to make sure that they get their food at 6am 12pm at 5pm every day There are training sessions that needs to be taken as working here as a safety security specialist ( Par ) is the most important one As me Working here I have been Supervising as a supervisor the role of that position takes positive attitude towards the company staff and the youth at all times I have been promoted for safety security 2 back in 2014 from being at safety security 1 then from there I got promoted to the supervisor
