i’ve been in the coffee industry for well over four years. I started from the bottom as a new hire and worked my way up to shift lead and management positions. I am a very big people person and have an undeniable passion for coffee. I have learned how to navigate high speed rushes all well still creating a welcoming environment for customers. I’d like to think i am extremely skilled in espresso preparation, latte art, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces. Known for exceptional customer service, fast-paced multitasking, and a strong work ethic. Passionate about elevating each guest’s experience and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
