Support 2 clients with visual impairments, with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). ADLs include assisting with self-care techniques such as daily hygiene needs, personal grooming, eating skills; health management, labeling and dispensing medications. Instruction on telling time, use of telephone and tablet, identifying money, using talking books and simple adaptive kitchen skills.

Attend sporting events, social gatherings, movies, concerts, fishing, hiking, board games, and bowling outings. Transport clients to and from medical appointments with safety and efficiency, utilizing their remaining senses in combination with protective techniques and devices such as use of sunglasses and hat. Alternative mobility devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, and scooters. Travel situations include, but are not limited to: traveling in residential, rural, and business areas; crossing streets at controlled and uncontrolled intersections.
Monitor 7 clients overall health and well-being and noted significant changes by annotating care plans and assessment results. Based on assessment results, change to care plan with recommendations provided to manager.
