• Shown mastery over stated functions to the point of being able to teach others to perform with quality and efficiency; I can also work with all Learning links and can conduct audits and can Labor Track and code all associates accordingly.

• Monitoring for any Virtual/Physical Mismatch and clear any dwells attached to trailers as needed
• Proficient with using Amazon Logistics tools such as Yard Management, Inbound Dock Management, Outbound Dock Management, and Freight Management Console
• Ensuring in full trailer utilization and depart all loads in accordance to their Standard Departure Time and Critical Pull Time
• Able to track and plan for any trailer faults/delays and escalate when necessary
• Inspected incoming and outgoing shipments to identify discrepancies with records.

● Assesing priority trailers and staff accordingly to ensure all work is unloaded and received in a timely manner

● Proficient with use of Microsoft Excel to track Priority Loads and ensure all critical packages are being received

● Able to deep dive, track, and communicate where all volume will be headed to ensure a smoother flow without a need for throttle

● Able to delegate and reallocate staff to maintain a steady work flow to hit target goal for shift with available volume

● Experience with metric tools such as Grafana, Pulse, and FCLM Portal tools to track progress and maintain understanding of where work is going and where labor is needed

• Handled day-to-day shipping and receiving overseeing more than 100,000 packages per day.
