Supporting the sales efforts at Sowela Wholesale & Distribution store, servicing wholesale and retail customers. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services This involves ensuring that sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and tinting and mixing them to customer specifications, and also stocking shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, and load and unload trucks. Last, assisting in making deliveries if necessary.

Protecting the area to ensure the safety in the workplace.

All workers or any person inside the facility must wear PPE at all time.

Stopping works that are not following the safety regulations and policy.

Writing tickets to whom is not following the safety regulations and policy in facility.

Guarding and closed edges and holes.

Ensure all fire extinguishers are placed and working properly at all times.

Investigation in accidents.
