My role as an adaptive skills technician was to implement effective treatment plans to my client. the qualifications of the job were having a compassionate and caring demeanor, having good written and communication skills, able to handle high levels of stress, able to sit or stand for extended amounts on time, and being able to stoop, bend, or kneel repetitively. I worked 4 days a week 2-3 hours a day.
