Grind 1-12 layers of glass (biax, UD, triax), Grind out/ Map out, Prep Consumables, Cut Glass, Weigh Resin, Execute Lamination, Vacuum Bag Lamination, Post Cure, Shore D/ Barcol, Remove Shine if any, Filler, Sand, Paint.

I would follow these steps through out repair unless redirected to add a step.

As a tech 1, I learned the difference between each layers and how to identify which type of glass was being used or removed. When weighing up resin, I would measure according to weight of glass.

When working on a 2 man basket, I rigged/ de-rigged a spider basket.
