Having obtained my Associates degree in Psychology, I would like to transition into my career field from the hospitality industry. While working in the hospitality industry has given me a lot to learn from I have always had a passion for behavior care therapy. While studying for my degree I found that i'm very interested in learning more about how to help others. The ability to help better my community by being apart of the solution has been something i've always wanted to be apart of. Working with children and helping them grow into society with positivity is something that I believe the world needs most. Being apart of a company that will help me reach those goals and further grow my own ambitions in the field is exciting and something I look forward too. I like to push myself in regards of becoming better everyday regardless of large or small accomplishments. My management experience in the hospitality field has helped me understand what is needed from both management and staff.
