- What I do as a Digital Personal Shopper is get orders from the pickers, who are people that go around the store grabbing orders and dropping them off to my section of the department (drop and go)
- We stage the orders with a phone, then we prep the orders by scanning the barcode; after scanning, the system will tell us where the order goes. Once all the orders are ready to go, we take them to the back to dispensing (final destination); they grab the orders and take them to the people coming to pick up the orders.
