Summary

Ivan is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1986 with military distinction and as the Outstanding Cadet in Organizational Behavior. He earned his Master’s in Management from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in 1995. He has Over 25 years of experience consulting, conducting senior leadership off-sites, and strategic planning sessions. He served as Deputy Director of the Defense Business Practice Implementation Board. As the deputy, he helped facilitate Task Groups for the Secretary of Defense, comprised of senior DoD civilians and retired and active Fortune 500 CEOs. Ivan is a seasoned author with over 35 published titles. His books are available on Amazon.com, and many are available as audiobooks on Audible.com. Ivan’s three exceptional books about diversity in the Air Force books have garnered rave reviews, impacted Air Force policy, and directly led to the honorary promotion of Original Tuskegee Airman Charles E. McGee to Brigadier General. Ivan is also a singer/songwriter and a seasoned actor with musical theater, television, improv, industrial/ independent film, commercial, print, voice-over, and teleprompter credits. He has performed the national anthem for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, NASCAR, and NCAA. He was recently cast in the Off-Broadway production “Henry Box Brown the Musical.” Other musical theatre credits include: Off-Broadway: “Baby.” The Color Purple non-union national tour.   • I was also asked to speak on my national tour with “The Color Purple” and how I navigated the tour as the pandemic started
