• Oversee and support the development of assembly process, coordinate process validation to ensure processes meet specification before ramp - up of production. Actively tracking and optimizing ramp - up of 3 projects with KPI monitoring
• Identify waste (non-value-added activities) in current assembly processes and propose lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Six Sigma, or Kaizen events, to improve efficiency
• Established clear communication channels to facilitate timely exchange of information between team members and stakeholders.

• Leading, managing and supporting production planning engineers for the technical realization of 2 Power Electronics projects
• Technical project lead for production preparation of VW 11kW Smart Actuator Charging unit - SAC for PHEV vehicles

• Technical realization of engineering projects related to assembly lines of Shift -by-Wire and Gear Stick Shifter (Audi AG, VW AG)
• Ensures that all customer and internal requirements in regards to process and product development are being met
• Leading and coordinating prototype builds / sample builds / trial builds/ process validation builds in pre-serial phase

• Management and strategic decisions in order to plan and adapt production of multiple new products (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
• Careful analysis and close collaboration with process engineers and experts to maximize the utilization of manufacturing process
• Successful implementation of NPI build management within serial production

• Leading and assisting in construction of the real time hardware in the loop simulator for special purpose medium voltage drive
• Designing and implementation of user interface and control platform using ABB`s latest panel and PLC technologies
• Configuration, implementation and designing the application interface for the Modbus communication protocol used in the HIL simulator
