Summary

Possessing a robust formal foundation in clinical nursing, management, and operations, I am currently seeking to transition into a leadership role. As a proficient registered nurse and an adept leader, I aspire to elevate my career to a position of higher responsibility and contribute substantively to the achievements of Corewell Health. A formidable work ethic, leadership acumen, wealth of experience in information systems and medical management, and clinical skills underscore my dedication.
Having accumulated nine years of experience as an ambulatory operation manager, I have successfully overseen operations within the cardiovascular medicine (CVM) service line, including the development, management, implementation and oversight of strategies, programs, and activities, to support operations of CVM for compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

My role encompassed collaborating with the cardiovascular clinical cardiology Section Chief, directing and supporting a group of physicians and non-clinical team members. In collaboration with the Director of Cardiology, I assumed responsibility for developing department goals, managing the budget, and implementing and maintaining the success of several clinical and non-clinical projects. I coordinated departmental strategic planning, marketing, and operations in collaboration with the cardiovascular management team to ensure the quality of care provided meets the needs of the community served.
