Overall, I am managing the efficiency, productivity, and quality of work the junior processors complete. I update clients, and respond to their inquiries regarding their personal credit and business profiles. I also make sure to pull reports on a weekly basis that surround active, cancelled, suspended, and on Hold clients. As well as pulling a failed payments report to make sure all clients monthly invoices have been paid and are current.

Also, make sure that all quality control measures are up to par so the transitional process from one department to another is as systematic as possible.

Maintaining positive relations with both employees and customers is key during my day to day so that we're working communicatively and logically with the tasks at hand.

Completed payroll on a weekly basis for sales representatives (1099 contractors) and bi-weekly for W2 employees.

Reviewed time records for verification of payroll.

Calculated commissions and hours, along with vacation and sick hours to provide the most accurate data to the payroll database.

Updated any changes with salary, bonuses, and deductions along with inputting any new hires into the payroll system.

Made sure I was compliant with any and all Federal, Florida state, and local tax laws.

Maintained a secured and confidential workspace within myself and employees due to sensitive information.

Kept record of all checks given to employees and paystubs for those who received direct deposits when distributing payroll.

Checked and completed all vendor payments and consolidated transactions from business bank account.

Established a positive classroom environment for students in kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 5th grade. Made sure to facilitate an environment that helped them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Created lesson plans that followed state curriculum standards and met educational objectives, along with different teaching methods that met the needs of each student.
