- Communicate with clients regarding their pet's health status or progress reports following a procedure or illness diagnosis.
- Collaborate with veterinary team to develop treatment plans and provide client education on necessary treatment for medical conditions.
- Dispense prescription medications and authorize prescription refills as prescribed by veterinarians.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while working with hazardous materials and drugs such as immunosuppressants, chemotherapy, I-131 radiation, etc.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls outside normal scheduled shifts for foreign body endoscopies.
