While at Starbucks I learned the importance of connecting with customers on a personal level as well as meeting their needs with speed and a sense of urgency. I received high praise for my connections with customers and partners as well as my efficiency on the bar and in drive through.
Working at Nido Cafe I learned efficiency and speed in the kitchen. I was responsible for keeping up with a rush of business whether I was cooking or keeping my team supplied with clean equipment they needed. I kept the kitchen functioning in a clean and safe manner, as well as closing the kitchen.
In charge of making craft coffees and handled bakery food, I connected with costumers as well as directed and completed closing tasks in the cafe and kitchen.
Completed a large scale live painting during the course of four Sundays leading up to a special church event. Worked with staff members and clergy to create a design that met their needs for the message. Solely responsible for conception of the painting and completion of all work during four one-hour long church services.
