Izabela Delgado

As a freshman in high school, I'm really looking forward to what is ahead in my academic journey and the chance to explore different career options. Although I haven't had any formal job experience yet, I look forward to learning and putting my skills to use in a professional environment. Throughout my time in school, I've shown dedication to my studies and consistently pushed myself by taking challenging courses and getting involved in activities I'm into. Along the way, I've grew my skills like communication, both written and verbal, and working with others as part of a team. Even though I haven't had a job yet, I look forward to apply what I know in a real-world setting. I'm a fast learner and always ambitious about things. With my positive attitude and strong work ethic, I believe I can make a meaningful contribution to any company that decides to give me a chance to work for them.

• I like to prioritize caring for myself. I see working as another way to take care of myself. I also believe that making a persons day is the best thing you can do for someone. Whether that mean giving them a compliment or even just speaking with them for a few minutes. I believe my love for making others happy can benefit a company that decides to hire me. My joy in making others happy will rub off in a professional work space and just make everyone's day better.
