• Opening store which include morning deposit, daily plan email for production in boh & for the floor in the front, doing a walk through, counting registers to assign them for the day & inspecting the store, sending a summary email before leaving shift to recap how the day went. closing store which included 7pm sales report, shutting down registered, counting the safe, & keeping up with closing tasks, assigning employees station, payroll

greet guests, check I.Ds, manage flow on establishment via tablet, walk guests to table, help bus, help serve

• Operate POS, take orders, make smoothies, complete prep list & cleaning lists, make weekly order, write bank deposits, do bank runs, keep track of labor and cost of goods, handle schedules, delegate tasks

• Prep food for line & serve line, maintaining a clean work space, keeping temperature log, giving presentation to servers to inform them the meals of the day, closing down kitchen

• Prepare lunch boxes, Prep food for events, Clean kitchen which includes label, dating, & organizing food, take out trash, wash dishes, organize dishes, sweep & mop, wipe down counters, stoves, & grills, when working events i have to unload the trucks, help set up the event area, decorations & food, tend to guest, pick up after guests, pick up after event, load up the truck

• Prep and cook breakfast, help guest, clean up after guest, maintain breakfast area, refill/restock everything, wash dishes, clean lobby/kitchen after breakfast ends, take out trash, sweep/mop, vacuum, wipe down counters/tables

• Take lobby/drive thru orders, restock condiments/utensils/etc, maintain clean lobby, sweep/mop, take out trash, help in kitchen if asked
