I mainly helped getting jobs set up for our installers, I would be in charge in keeping our equipment stocked from ordering equipment myself to going and picking it up. There was many other stuff such as using the forklift to unload trucks, going and returning orders if needed, even scraping the old units we would get back. At times I would even go and help the installers or service techs if they needed another hand.

• Prepared orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling merchandise.

• Assembled orders and packed items for shipment, conveying orders to shipping personnel
• Manually or mechanically loaded and unloaded materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles

• Greeted customers and helped with product questions, selections, and purchases.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labeling items, and arranging according to size or color.
• Maintained clean sales floor and straightened and faced merchandise.
• Monitored sales floor and merchandise displays for presentable condition, taking corrective action such as restocking or reorganizing products.
• Helped customers complete purchases, locate items, and join reward programs.
• Organized store merchandise racks and displays to promote and maintain visually appealing environments.
