My name is Jaaziel Hernandez and I’ve been working since I was 10 years old. I started going to work with my dad since I was a kid and when he would get out of his company and me out of school we would go do construction side jobs to get some more money to provide for our family. Over the last 10 years I’ve helped him grow his company significantly and now he has over 7 employees and different contractors that work with him. My mother also opened up a small restaurant that my father and I built for her when I was only 11 years old and I’ve also been able to help her significantly with the business and sales online using marketing and social media platforms to help her restaurant grow. I’ve been working my whole life and I’m hungrier than ever, I’m known to be the hardest worker and to care the most about the clients. I'm coachable, adaptable, a good listener, and I self educate myself constantly because I know it's my job to learn how to do my job.

- I've worked in construction since I was 10 years old with my father and for the last 10 years he's taught me everything he knows and together we have helped start his own business and construction company.
- I started a normal construction worker and as I grew older and learned more I perfected several different trades specifically painting, drywall, and wood working.
- After I learned how to work and do the work well myself I then helped my dad grow and expand his company with sales and marketing through social media.

- Before even opening up the restaurant my dad and I built it for her in the course of about one year and as shes been growing we've been helping her in the nights or anytime we can to help her grow.
- At the restaurant I'm the waiter, server, chef, it doesn't matter whatever is needed I do and you'll never just see me standing around because something has always got to be done.
- I'm actually so good at making food to that when I'm at the restaurant I take over the seafood section and make and prepare all the seafood myself, people already know me and look for me when they come because of my great skills as a chef aswell.
