Jace Coffield

Originally from Croatia and raised in Germany, I moved to the United States at age 18 and came to faith shortly thereafter. For over 25 years, I have served in worship ministry across five different churches, primarily in the role of Worship Director/ Women’s Ministry Director. I thrive in collaborative environments, especially when working alongside a diverse team of creatives. In addition to worship leadership, I am an experienced event planner, and teacher, regularly leading women’s ministry. I have also led young adult ministries and have a strong passion for equipping the next generation. Songwriting and co-writing for the body of Christ is another area where God has stirred a deep sense of calling in me. I operate a successful photography business and have served as a Social Media Director, combining creativity with strategic communication to support church outreach and engagement.

I am currently serving at North Life Church in northern Michigan. I am seeking a new opportunity to be part of a healthy, thriving church community or Bible School where I can continue using my gifts in worship, leadership development, and creative ministry.

My heart burns with a continued passion to lead people into authentic worship experiences—where the presence of God is not just observed but deeply encountered. One of my greatest callings is helping others discover and walk in their God-given purpose. Whether in a church setting or through a ministry school, I long to be part of a community where the gifts God has placed within me can flourish and be poured out for the sake of His Kingdom.

My desire is to serve in a place where genuine encounters with Jesus are central, where leaders are equipped and empowered, and where lives are transformed by the Holy Spirit.
