I was responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the golf course and equipment. My duties included cleaning and preparing golf carts and clubs for members, properly parking and storing carts, and opening and closing course gates to ensure smooth daily operations. I also assisted with organizing the course and keeping work areas orderly, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment for members and guests. This role required attention to detail, time management, and a strong work ethic to support efficient course operations.

I handled customer service and daily operational tasks. My responsibilities included taking customers’ clothing orders, accurately tagging and organizing garments for cleaning, and arranging completed orders on the rack for timely pickup. I also operated the cash register, processed payments, and assisted customers with questions regarding their orders. This position strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide efficient, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

As a referee for flag football, where I was responsible for organizing and preparing the field before games and ensuring that play ran smoothly. During games, I enforced rules fairly and consistently, monitored player conduct, and resolved on-field issues to maintain a safe and respectful environment for both teams. This role required strong communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm and impartial under pressure while supporting an enjoyable experience for all participants.
