- Prepared the team in 1st year to move form 8 place in the Atlanta Y swim league to a 3rd place finish with one of the smaller teams.
- Increased number of swimmers for 40 to over 90 in 1st year. Boosted athlete retention rates by fostering strong relationships with swimmers and their families through effective communication.
- Had one swimmer meet the YMCA national qualifying time.
- Serving as Aquatics coordinator, assisting in training and overseeing all swim lessons.
