As a superintendent I lead all phases of sub contractors. Plumbing:
from under slab and through out rough in to trim out. Framing: from wall layouts to framing.
Electrical: from rough in to trim out. Mechanical: (HVAC) trim out, condensors, air handlers, walk in coolers and freezers. All MEP throughout inspection stages to a CO. Low voltage from camera security, fire alarm system, set up of rack system. Verification of sub permitting and inspections as needed. Capability of receiving CO and Health Inspection if needed. Inspection of jobsite with Fire Marshall.
