While my former job history primarily consists of entry-level positions typically held by teenagers, I have developed a strong skill set in construction and other hands-on trades. Growing up in a family deeply involved in the construction industry, alongside many family friends who also work in the field, I gained valuable exposure to the trade from an early age. Over the years, I have acquired a wide range of practical skills, particularly in residential construction, and have had hands-on experience with various aspects of building and renovation. This foundation has equipped me with the knowledge and abilities necessary to contribute effectively to construction projects and further understand the construction industry.
I managed back-of-house operations, overseeing product handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. My responsibilities included organizing and shipping products, maintaining order records, and assisting managers with various operational tasks across the company. I collaborated with different teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
I held multiple roles during my employment, receiving comprehensive training in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations. I gained experience in food preparation and kitchen tasks, as well as being trained in all front-of-house stations, including line cook duties.
I served as a mentor for students facing personal challenges or difficulties within the school setting, building trusting relationships that supported their growth and development over time. I encouraged socialization and facilitated positive peer interactions, helping students feel more connected and engaged with their peers and the school community.
