- Create PowerPoint slides for each week’s worship service using content shared by colleagues on Google Drive.
- Prepare livestream overlays using ProPresenter.
- Prepare the livestream to be streamed to YouTube, and ensure the link is updated for sharing.
- Plan ahead the camera shots for each element of worship.
- Manage the livestream during the service.
- Work collaboratively with Pastors, AV Technician, and music staff, as well as key congregational stakeholders.
- Notify the Facilities Director of any maintenance issues or needed supplies.
- Take responsibility for the stream booth and workspace, and maintain equipment and supplies in a tidy and organized manner.
