1. Tell me about yourself?

- I am 21 years old and I am a junior at southeastern university. I have experience in the food industry and sport field experience. I am a hard worker and learn from my mistakes. I take pride in my work for whatever task I receive.

2. what are your strength and weaknesses?

- My strength is that I am a good listener and will always give you my full attention and respect you. I am also determined to finish whatever may be assigned to me to help the company. My weaknesses is being side tracked a little bit like day dreaming or so.

3. Why do I want this job?

- I believe I am the right fit for this job and has potential to be great for this company. I feel like having this job will help with career and provide for my family.

4. Can you describe a challenging situation you faced at work/school and how you handled it?\

- I was at work one time at my food job and we had bunch customers that needed to served and we were short on staff. I decided to become a bar backer/ server for part time to help with the restaurant by bringing ice to the bartenders while serving people by taking orders and bringing out their food.

5. How do you approach working in a team?

- I would approach in formal greeting and listen to them what they have to say. Also tell them my opinion on the project we are working on. I will respect them work with them and do what's best for the company.
