A highly motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I have excelled at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. I have worked in the fast food industry at Shake Shack for two years and was shortly promoted to trainer within a few months of working there, due to my dedication and customer service skills. after I parted ways with Shake Shack I wanted to try a new challenge, I went to work for a country club called "Oakley Country Club" I worked as a barback/Bartender for them for about 1 year I started as a barback making sure the bar was always stocked as I was the only barback in the entire club with five bars. then I became a bartender, Bartending there built my communication skills as after a few shifts I quickly adapted and started to speak to all our guests and remembering their names out of respect. Bartending at Oakley country clubs was always busy over the summer as golfers were always coming in for drinks before, mid, and after their Tee time. I was serving anywhere from 15-30 guests at once. I am eager to use all of the skills that I have obtained over the years at City Works. One of my skills is, customer service I am able to always keep a calm composure even when dealing with rude customers. I have de-escalated multiple situations where a customer was getting upset at one of my coworkers for messing up an order, I stepped in got both sides of the story, and found a solution that made both of them happy. Getting upset at an angry customer is not going to fix anything but cause a scene, which is not a good look for you or the restaurant. Another skill of mine is being able to train people and build connections with them, I have witnessed multiple people get frustrated because they could not get the hang of the job right away. I decided to step in making sure to calm the person down first, then take them step by step on how to proceed with the task. I am also quick on my feet as I'm running around the restaurant, as a trainer you are not registered to one station you work all of them, making sure every station's order is being sent out efficiently.
I worked in customer service as a cashier and shelf stocker, I brought in all the carts, Answered customer questions, and addressed problems and complaints in person and over the phone. I Built strong relationships with customers you never know what going on in a person's life a small conversation usually never hurts, and that small conversation could brighten someone's day or a simple "have a great day"
