
Near zero defects. That is what guides my work ethic because that is the best a person can expect as no one is perfect. It requires commitment and concentration on what the person is doing. Shoot for 100% and when someone falls short they are still at a very high level. Shoot for a good enough 80%? When someone falls short it will not be "good enough".
I find it works in many areas of life I also would bring this attitude to the students.
