Jack Thompson

I am responsible for building new computers, employee log-ins, as well as day to day troubleshooting throughout the facility. I evolved into managing upgrade transitions. While at school I was on-call for any technical problems that needed addressing.

I assisted in monitoring upcoming jobs, inventory levels, incoming stock, and forecasted customer demand.

I was responsible for monitoring customer releases and building trucks that maximized load size. I also monitored customer releases, maintained a safety stock, and scheduled jobs based on upcoming demand. I assisted in selecting coils based on grade and gauge.

I did setups, entry, and exit ends on a 72-inch slitter. I also was trained to be a back-up slitter operator.
