• Take pick up request and administer freight pick up/drop process;
• Scaning/filling
• Make sure all paperwork is handled timely and correctly;
• Answer phones/help in the office/customer care functions;
• Perform administrative functions necessary in the daily operations;
• Enter data into current system(s).

•Answer incoming calls in the Will-Call Department.

•Greet all customers and visitors coming to the company.

•Take orders from all Will-Call and cold storage customers, as well as phone orders

•Send orders out to the warehouse and cold storage crew

•Assure that the customer is receiving the correct product.

•Creating invoices for customers and sometimes receiving payments

•Scheduling appointments for incoming goods with the correct P.O#

•Shipping and receiving.
