  • IEEE PES (Power & Energy Society) WiP (Women in Power) Leadership Advisory Committee., Provide leadership, strategic advice, and guidance in support of the WiP goals to increase the number of women in the power industry and to promote women into leadership positions.
  • IEEE Foundation Board of Directors (BoD)., The BoD supports the work of the IEEE Foundation and is responsible for the management of the Foundation. The Board establishes policy, oversees the activities of its committees and committees of the Foundation, and approves all grants and contributions and other financial obligations of the Foundation that includes the oversight of a $54M budget. In February 2018, launched a first-ever major fundraising campaign with an objective to raise US$30M with over 98% of the total already committed.   • Northwest Public Power Association (NWPPA) Board of Trustees, Associate Member., Ensure that the work of the association fits within the governing rules as well as ensure the entity is aligned with the mission. The board focus is to ensure that the policy and direction of NWPPA is successfully serving electric utilities through education and training, legislative and regulatory advocacy, and value-added services.   • IEEE PES Scholarship Plus Initiative National Steering Committee Chair and Region 6 Selection Committee (former)., Worked with the IEEE Executive Director and staff, regional chairs, and volunteers, lead activities in support of the scholarship. The scholarship addresses the impending critical shortage of qualified power engineers in the electric power industry and offers scholarships and career experience to undergraduate students to attract top talent to the power and energy field.
  • Executive Board Officer (Immediate Past President) and BoD member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley (BGCLCV) (former)., Manage the business, property, and affairs of the BGCLCV with the responsibility and authority to determine operating policies and procedures, as well as the fiduciary and legal responsibility for the organization.
