Trouble shoot issues with machine, fix what I can and call maintenance when needed. Do the reporting and any needed paperwork. Test the product to ensure that it is the best quality for the customer. Make sure that labels are correct for the product and date it is being produced. Good housekeeping to ensure that it is a safe work environment. Communicate with other team members needed information to ensure that they also can produce quality products. Keep up to date on all training, emails and meetings for my position. Read standard on proper procedures for product. Check to make sure standard is the correct version. Set up for next shift so they are ready to run machine.

2 Years 2 MonthsI ran the machine with two other employees. I supervised my co workers to ensure we produced quality products for our customers. I helped train new employees on how to run machine, pack materials, change inputs, do the quality testing of materials, on how to do reporting, on how to do paperwork, on attending their training and meetings, and on how to read the standards. I would order needed inputs. Check the date codes to ensure they were the correct for the product we were running and that they were the correct date. Communicate with team members. Keep up to date on needed training, meetings, and emails. Make sure housekeeping is done daily to ensure safe environment. Trouble shoot issues with machine, fix what I could and call maintenance when needed. Work with engineers on changes they want to make machine or products better.
