During my time at Sonoran Roots I developed strong working relationships with team members and facilitating a very clean lab environment is very important. Increasing workplace safety by implementing proper training is definitely one of my strengths, along with keeping safety protocols and making a stress free environment.

Never being afraid to ask for help, with colleagues at all levels, to try and better my extraction processes. For example when trying to get the most yield possible without over working product. Having a safer and cleaner way to cure hash. Learning new skills in Resin Gland separation just by using a piece of paper and a paint roller. Being able to learn from some of the best people in the state and to harness my craft in solventless extractions is something worth cherishing.

I've been budtending for High Mountain Health for over a year, doing everything from weighing product, packaging different product, restocking supplies, and keeping the work area as clean as possible.

While budtending I have been perfecting my craft of making ice water hash, rosin, and learning about terpene and cannabinoid separation and making solventless diamonds. I have found great success with making 4-5 star bubble hash, and rosin over the years and my passion grows with everyday. My passion too learn is my greatest attribute, and too listen when given instructions especially when it comes too cannabis.

Been working on a ranch in Texas doing everything from, landscape repair, taking care of live stock, and doing side projects. So becoming somewhat of a handy man is definitely in my repertoire to some things up. While doing all of this, I learned more new innovated ways of pressing rosin and curing it.

I worked the front desk for a couple months then switched too budtender, and then I started doing fulfillments, driving deliveries, I even got the privilege to work under some very smart people in the cannabis industry, I love everything about cannabis and I'm obsessed with terpenes and cannabinoids, and how they react with your endocannabinoid system. My main hobby is making my own solventless extracts. For the past half year I've been learning about washing weed and making 70U - 120U ice water hash rosin, studying the anthocyanins which is the epidermis colorization of the cannabis plant and the reason for cannabis to be purple and blueish color. Also I have been reading about live soil growing, my passion is cannabis and I don't think I could work in any other industry.
